Prior to that, Neil was Associate with a firm of global property consultants for 8 years. He has over 20 years town planning experience in both the private and public sector. Gray Planning & Development primarily offers tailored, personalised town planning advice across a wide variety of development projects across the UK with Neil’s particularly strong local knowledge of the Fife and Highland areas, owing to personal experience. Neil has also a proven track record, of securing planning permissions, winning appeals or other regulatory land use decisions especially inchallenging circumstances, big or small!

He has built a reputation for sound advice within both rural and urban settings, drawn from across a broad sector base – primarily leisure, tourism, sports, residential and commercial (retail, office, town centre and edge of centre food/lifestyle) uses.
